About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Solicitor To lead our client case management. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of leasehold services while working at the forefront of legal technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client work, focusing on statutory lease extensions and collective enfranchisement
- Collaborate with external solicitors on restricted legal matters
- Develop the business alongside co-founders and senior team members
- Lead client case management, ensuring outstanding customer service
- Negotiate with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors, and landlords
- Develop and maintain legal know-how in lease extension and related areas
- Manage and mentor the in-house case management team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align case management with business goals
- Enhance processes and leverage technology to increase efficiency
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, ensuring compliance across the business
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Practicing solicitor with 0-2 years PQE
- Strong focus on client service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Strong spoken and written English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential leasehold enfranchisement
- Systematic thinking with ability to scale operations
- Technical savvy and comfort with various technologies
- Management experience of fee-earning solicitors
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
