Tax Litigation Solicitor/Barrister Nq – 1 Years’ Pqe/Call London

Large commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit a Tax Litigation Solicitor/Barrister of 0 to 1 years’ PQE/Call. The Tax Disputes and Investigations team covers both direct and indirect contentious tax matters. This includes (but is not limited to) managing tax risk, HMRC investigations and Tax Litigation before the tax tribunals and higher courts. The team acts for corporates and private clients in many jurisdictions around the world supporting them through crisis related issues with tax authorities and regulatory and law enforcement bodies.

Our client will consider England & Wales qualified solicitors, barristers or tax qualified individuals with relevant experience. If you are newly-qualified you will have undertaken a contentious or non-contentious Tax-related seat during your training but have an interest on the contentious side of things. If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in Tax matters and have gained at least some contentious experience. The successful candidate will be expected to assist the team in its business development and marketing activities.
