The Tax Litigation team consists of one partner, one senior counsel, two senior associates, one associate and one trainee. The team work closely with the firm's other practices, including our corporate tax and private client practices and their fraud and corporate crime groups.
They advise on the full spectrum of tax matters from HMRC enquiries through to audits, investigations and litigation. Their range of services include: direct and indirect tax disputes; trusts and private client; tax enquiries; settlements; financial regulatory; and transfer pricing.
The ideal candidate will:

• Have one to three years' post-qualification experience from a highly regarded Tax Litigation practice;
• the ability to advise on all aspects of HMRC enquiries and disputes with HMRC before the Tax Tribunals (and senior courts);
• strong academic qualifications from degree upwards;
• ambitious, with a genuine commitment to develop their professional and legal skills and the profile of the team; and
• articulate and confident to deliver at the highest standard within a team of highly competent solicitors at the top of their game
