Do you have experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant? If so, our client, an excellent law firm, are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team in London.
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their busy residential property team. Your duties will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks crucial to the conveyancing process, from setting up files to handling post-completion formalities. Ensuring compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, drafting financial statements and invoices, and managing the submission of important forms such as AP1 and SDLT will be among your key responsibilities. Additionally, you'll be responsible for archiving documents and maintaining both internal and external systems.
The ideal candidate will possess previous experience relevant to the role and demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and exceptional team and interpersonal skills. This full-time position offers the possibility of remote work upon successful completion of a three-month probationary period.
