A leading Legal 500 firm is currently seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Real Estate team, based in Central London (near Holborn).
This firm is well-established with a great reputation. They are known for their excellence in real estate services and pride themselves on their professionalism and expertise.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with post-completion tasks, including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to coordinate the transfer of funds and documentation.
• Conducting quality checks on completed files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with the drafting and preparation of completion statements and invoices.
• Providing administrative support to the Real Estate team as required.

The successful Conveyancing Assistant must have:

• At least 6 months of experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal in a residential conveyancing department.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

On offer is a market led salary of up to 28,000 (depending on experience).
