This renowned law firm is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Property department on a full time basis in their office in York (salary up to £23,000). This is a rewarding role at a friendly and well-established firm. The role will involve:
- Supporting a Conveyancer with Sales and Purchase files from instruction through to completion
- Liaising with clients and agents over the phone, face to face and by email
- Drafting documents
- Opening files on the case management system
You should already have at least 1 year of sales and purchase / Conveyancing experience along with strong IT and communication skills.
