The Role
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant with over 12 months' experience in sales and purchase transactions. In this role, meticulous data input and legal document preparation skills are crucial. You'll be expected to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment. You will be:
- Opening new files and inputting instructions into the Case Management system
- Updating the Case Management system as the matter progresses
- Assisting in issuing contracts and managing replies to enquiries
- Handling exchanges and related paperwork
- Facilitating completions
- Issuing Mortgage reports to clients
- Managing incoming post as appropriate
- Engaging in various administrative tasks including filing, billing, faxing, photocopying and archiving

- Accurate working in line with team requirements
- Effective customer-friendly communication for handling inquiries
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Skill in prioritising workloads and meeting tight deadlines
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar fast-paced role
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in conveyancing
