My client is now looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their office in Cross Gates due to growth of the Residential Conveyancing department.
Job summary

Reports to - Fee Earners/ Solicitors
Previous experience - Minimum 2 years' experience
Day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
- Administrative duties
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and Solicitors
- Preparing Land Registry applications
- Drafting legal documents
