SalaryMy client is an award winning and established multi office law firm based across the Merseyside region who are known for being fast growing and progressive.
They are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join their award-winning conveyancing team. The role will suit an experienced conveyancing paralegal or conveyancing assistant.
They as a firm are naturally agile and are happy to recruit into any of their offices across Merseyside as a base and role includes hybrid working.
General Responsibilities:
- Working within the team and supporting an experienced fee earner progressing residential conveyancing transactions on behalf of clients with emphasis on customer service and providing a high level of client satisfaction.
- Dealing with searches and the land registry via integrated case management software.
- Being able to work under pressure and in a target driven environment.
- Dealing with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and solicitors with exceptional standards of communication.
The role requires the following: –
- Relevant experience in conveyancing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, by email and by phone.
- Computer literate with relevant experience in Microsoft office and software as a service cloud applications.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team and contribute positively to department targets.
- Ambition to progress. My client is passionate in the development and training of staff with opportunities for advancement and progression.

Salary for this role is circa £20,000- £24,000 depending on qualification and experience.
