Conveyancing Case Handler

Do you have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing Case handling experience?

Our successful client, with offices based in Northampton, are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

As an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be responsible for:-

• Handling transactions from inception to post completion
• Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices
• Managing, updating and organising case files
• Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
• Drafting legal documents, conducting searches
• Providing advise and guidance to clients throughout the process

Skills required

To be considered for our Conveyancing Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-

• You will have a minimum 2 years Conveyancing Case handling experience
• Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
• You will have unrivalled organisational skills, and be able to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks.
