Conveyancing Fee Earner

A leading highly reputable, law firm in Leeds are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner/Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.
The Role
* Ability to do title checks and raise enquires on purchase files.
* Ability to deal with sale enquiries.
* Experience dealing with Leasehold properties
* Request Mortgage Funds for completions.
* Drafting and reporting to clients.
* Review Mortgage Offers and report and discrepancies to Lenders.
* Requesting redemption figures from Lenders.
* Ability to deal with exchanges and completions.
The Candidate
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential property role.
* Have experience handling a varied caseload of own files.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
* Can build strong client relationships and have great communication skills.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills
