Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join my client’s office in Bradford.
You will be a residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, either qualified or non-qualified, managing your own caseload of matters such as sales and purchases of both FH and LH, remortgages, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership and lease extensions.
The firm offers a nice working environment which is gives you a family feel based in Bradford city-centre with great transportation links, and they have fantastic career progression opportunities.
Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in handling various cases involving residential conveyancing.
• Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
• Capable of handling own caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
