Form of workTSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established law firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their successful property team in their new office in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Applications are encouraged from candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience of working within a Residential Property department, as you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Conveyancing on complex matters.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparating and drafting legal documents related to property transactions.
- Managing and organising case files
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties throughout the process
- Resolve issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a legal environment, with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
