Conveyancing Paralegal

I’m delighted to be working with a leading property firm in Rochdale who are keen to add a paralegal or a legal assistant to their Conveyancing tea. Ideally, they would like candidates to have experience within a Conveyancing environment.
 
Based in well-equipped offices, close to local commuter links and with nearby parking in the centre of Rochdale,  this role would suit an experienced Legal Assistant (1+ year in a similar role).
 
Duties and responsibilities of the Role

• Managing the file opening process for the team
• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Being the first point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the teams needs where possible
• Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required
• Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms
• Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word-processing
• Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners
