The fantastic regional firm with offices across the north are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Real Estate team in Manchester.
You will be mentored by an "outstanding" team of Partners who have exceptional client relationships. You will join the team at an exciting time as it goes through a sustained period of growth.
THE ROLE
Working within the long established and specialist Real Estate team, this role will involve overseeing a portfolio of conveyancing transactions.
Liaising with clients via email, telephone and in person providing regular and informative updates.
Ensuring each transaction is completed efficiently and correctly.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 1 year experience in a conveyancing role is essential
Must have experience using a case management system
