CONVEYANCING SECRETARY
SUTTON, SURREY
SALARY UP TO £25,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen within a multi officed law firm for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team based in Sutton, Surrey.
Duties will include;
- Prepare correspondence and documents through digital dictation, word processing and be IT literate,
- able to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
- Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client
- files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
- Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- Making appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for their (his/her) principal.
- Flexible to cover other legal secretaries
