CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

SUTTON, SURREY

SALARY UP TO £25,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a multi officed law firm for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team based in Sutton, Surrey.

Duties will include;

• Prepare correspondence and documents through digital dictation, word processing and be IT literate,
• able to work as part of a team but also under your own initiative.
• Administer filing which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client
• files in accordance with the detailed procedures contained in the office manual.
• Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
• Making appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for their (his/her) principal.
• Flexible to cover other legal secretaries
