Legal Secretary Conveyancing

Amazing opportunity for Conveyancing Legal Secretary in Epsom - Salary up to £30,000!

I am currently looking for a Legal Secretary with conveyancing experience to join a well-established and reputable law firm in Epsom.

This position is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment and has the desire to develop their administrative skills. We are looking for motivated individuals who have passion for providing a high standard of service.

Location: Epsom - Office Based
Hours: Mon - Fri 08.45 - 17.00 (No weekends)
Salary: £25,000 - 30,000 (depending on experience)

The role:
Duties and responsibilities:
* Assisting the Fee Earner with file opening and pre-contract work
* Dealing with post completion formalities and duties
* Manage post contact work
* Being point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements when needed
* Preparing correspondence and documents through typing/digital dictation
* Receiving telephone calls from clients and colleagues
* Anticipating the team needs where possible.
* Preparing correspondence, emails, and other documents and forms as required
* General filing, scanning and maintenance of client files
* Maintenance of precedent files

Experience required:
* 1.5 - 2 years of experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary
* Highly motivated and able to work under pressure
* Strong administration experience
* IT skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, Zoom, etc.
* Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work
* Strong communication and organisation skills.
