Hays is proud to be recruiting a solicitor to join a busy firm based in Strabane.
The firm is seeking to expand its current team with a solicitor to manage a caseload in their busy conveyancing department. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a solicitor to progress in their career in a successful and established firm.
Your New Role:This role offers an opportunity to manage your own conveyancing caseload in a successful and busy conveyancing department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage, and ultimately lead, a firm's busy conveyancing department.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other relevant parties.
• Provide accurate and understandable legal advice on conveyancing matters.

What you will need to succeed:To be a successful candidate, you will ideally have experience working in a conveyancing department:

• Qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 2+ years PQE.
• Strong oral and written communicator.
• The ability to critically think and analyse complex legal issues.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills that enable you to manage a caseload.
• The ability to work proactively, independently and also as a member of a team.
