Conveyancing Solicitor - Bolton - Hybrid
SJC is managing the recruitment process for a highly reputable, multi service law firm who are looking for a Qualified Property Solicitor to join their high performing property team in Cheadle. The firm offer a competitive salary, a friendly working environment and will allow the successful applicant to work hybrid. This opportunity has the potential to lead to Directorship/Partnership and will offer the successful person a genuine career path.
The Role -
* Manage a varied and lower volume caseload of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases and Remortgage transactions from inception to completion
* Deal with Title Checks
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Delegate work to the assistant or support staff as and when needed
* The role may involve some business development long term
The Candidate -
* Possess a minimum of 2-3 years PQE
* Have experience handling a varied caseloads from opening of the file to completion
* Have excellent attention to detail
* Have the ability to build strong client relationships
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills
