Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor
My client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling all aspects of Commercial Conveyancing, including sales, acquisitions, asset purchase agreements, and commercial lease preparation and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of Commercial Conveyancing cases from initial contact to completion
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and leases as necessary
• Utilize the Hoowla case management system effectively
• Demonstrate proficiency in IT and Microsoft applications
• Provide excellent client service and maintain a client-focused approach
• Work independently as a self-sufficient fee earner while also collaborating effectively with team members
Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in commercial property law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and manner, consistent with our company's personable approach
• Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
• Competency in using the Hoowla case management system and Microsoft applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage all aspects of Commercial Conveyancing cases
