As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sale and purchase matters
- Managing mortgages, re-mortgages, and buy-to-lets
- Preparing mortgage reports and checking titles
- Raising enquiries and preparing contracts on sale files
- Liaising with clients, referrers, estate agents, and solicitors
- Carrying out searches and preparing matters for completion
- Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently and manage a varied caseload
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders
