Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:15pm

The Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a pivotal role in managing a variety of conveyancing cases, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new builds, remortgages, equity transfers, and shared ownership.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare and issue contracts, process mortgage redemptions, and facilitate the exchange of contracts.
-Conduct thorough searches, title reports, lease evaluations, and raise relevant inquiries.
-Manage ID verification, funding sources, and gift deposits.
-Collaborate with fellow conveyancers, fostering departmental growth through teamwork and efficiency.
Requirements:
-Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
-Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing.
-Proficiency in case management and online systems such as SDLT submissions, Land Registry applications etc.
-Skilled in IT.
