MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a local law firm in their pursuit of a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Overseeing residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.
• Conducting due diligence and property searches.
• Providing clear and concise legal advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth conveyancing process.

The successful candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with ideally one or more years experience working in residential property.
• Experienced Solicitors will also be considered for this position
• Excellent knowledge in property law and the conveyancing process.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
