Our client is a well-known, prestigiousgeneral practice based in Belfast City Centre.

The successful candidate will join a busyproperty department and concentrate solely on residentialconveyancing.

As a Conveyancing Solicitor you will play apivotal role in the firm's property department. You will be responsible formanaging a caseload of residential transactions from inception to completion.Your duties will include conducting legal research, preparing contracts,handling negotiations, and providing expert legal advice to clients throughoutthe conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing legaldocuments, contracts, and agreements.

• Liaising with clients, estateagents, lenders, and other solicitors involved in property transactions.

• Conducting property searches.

• Providing clear and conciselegal advice to clients.
