We are currently looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties, ensuring the smooth operation of client transactions. This role requires a professional and friendly approach, with a commitment to delivering reliable and efficient service to our clients, some of whom may be experiencing challenging life events.
Day to Day of the Role:- Manage the diary of Fee Earners, organising their schedules and appointments.
- Prepare files for billing and assist with the financial aspects of client transactions.
- Screen incoming calls, ensuring that all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Undertake typing of correspondence, photocopying, filing, sending faxes, and opening new files.
- Sort and prioritise mail, emails, and messages, ensuring that all communications are dealt with efficiently.
- Deal with client matters appropriately and provide support across all areas of work.
- Prepare straightforward legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
