JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary
Location: Warminster - Office based.
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday Time
THE FIRM:
A reputable high street Law firm is looking for an experience Legal Secretary to join their Conveyancing Department. This is a friendly family run law firm with a great working environment and company benefits. Looking to interview ASAP.
IDEAL APPLICANTS:
* Experience working within a Law firm as a Secretary
* Ideally experience working in Conveyancing Department
DUTIES:
* Opening files and new matters on Case Management system
* Preparing client care letters and service plans
* Drafting and submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with completions and post completions formalities
* Liaising with clients and other parties to keep files 'ticking over" for fee earners
* Audio typing from digital dictation system
* Daily use of outlook for diaries, booking client and departmental meetings
* General ad hoc Secretary duties.
