Cook - Belfast

Cook required immediately to work in a Nursing home based in Dunmurry .

The successful candidate will work 2 - 3 shifts per week. Hours of work are 8:30am to 5pm, shifts are Monday to Sunday and the role will be for a minimum of 3 months. Rate of pay Monday to Friday is £14.00 per hour, Saturday £16.00 per hour and Sunday £18.00per hour.

Main Duties:

• Following a pre-planned menu
• Food preparation and service of meals
• Ensuring all dietary and allergy requirements are met
• Following food safety legislation to include the completion of temperature records, cleaning charts and labelling and storage of food
• General kitchen cleaning duties

What we need:

• 706/1 and 706/2 in cooking or 2 years’ experience working as a cook.
• Basic Food & Hygiene
• Willingness to undergo an Access NI
