You'll work together with a small team to steer our website texts and content marketing efforts towards higher rankings and increased visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply content strategy: Assist the in-house content team in collaboration with global marketing to develop and implement content tactics that bolster our brand messaging and align with our overall sales and marketing goals
- Write SEO-optimised content: Craft engaging and keyword-rich copy for our website, including product landing pages, blog posts, and editorial articles, ensuring they align with our brand voice and captivate both humans and search engines.
- Sub-editor support: Help the current Editor with duties related to managing freelance writers, proofreading and editing texts to a high standard, and upholding our tone of voice consistently and effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
- A true wordsmith with proven experience of over five years as a copywriter, with a portfolio showcasing your skills across a diverse range of content.
- A keen sense and grasp of how to authentically and subtly apply brand values and tone of voice guidelines to copy.
- An understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and best practices to steer content towards top search engine rankings.
- A love of storytelling, bringing our travel experiences to life through captivating and persuasive narratives.
- Creativity to craft engaging content that inspires wanderlust and drives conversions.
- The ability to work with our editorial and marketing teams in a collaborative and flexible environment.
