SalaryThis Corporate Accountant role is an opportunity for great exposure to all aspects of commercial and corporate accounting, as well as an opportunity to grow in the role and progress within the company.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Identifying process improvements and controls
- Running the capital process
- Producing cashflow forecasts
- Business partnering with heads of departments on capex projects
- Preparing and analysing quarterly VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly shareholder reporting schedules
- Assisting in the preparation of statutory accounts, including consolidations
What you will need:
- AAT qualification or studying towards CIMA / ACCA / ACA
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as Corporate Accountant / Finance Business Partner / Commercial Accountant / Assistant Accountant / Management Accountant
- A good understanding of Excel
- A forward-thinking and solutions-focused mindset
