You will provide strategic legal advice and guidance, helping clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on company structures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, including due diligence and transactional support.
- Providing legal advice on intellectual property rights, data protection, and other commercial law matters.
- Conducting legal research and staying abreast of developments in Corporate and Commercial law.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with experience in Corporate and Commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of company law, contract law, and other relevant legal principles.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
