Our client is a well-established leading firm of solicitors based in Sheffield. They are a forward-thinking organisation and one of the leading law firms in South Yorkshire well known for delivering excellent levels of client care.
They are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their specialist Commercial Property department which works on behalf of a wide range of both local and national clients on a variety of commercial and residential property transactions.
Who are they looking for:
You will be an experienced Property Solicitor with around 2 years PQE and be able to handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property work to include sale and purchase, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.
You will have experience of complex cases so a strong technical knowledge is paramount together with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent levels of client care and customer service. You will also be able to build new corporate relationships as well as work on existing retained business.
**NQ candidates and Legal Executives will also be considered depending on experience.
Working hours – 9.00am -5.00pm Mon-Fri (flexible e.g. 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm etc), 1 hour for lunch
Possibility of hybrid working - minimum 3 days in office
