Position Overview:
As a Junior Corporate Lawyer you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters, collaborating with experienced lawyers to deliver outstanding results for our clients. From mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations to corporate governance, you will play a vital role in supporting our corporate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the drafting, review, and negotiation of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
Conducting legal research and analysis on corporate law issues.
Supporting senior lawyers in managing corporate transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
Providing proactive legal advice to clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and other corporate matters.
Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas to deliver integrated legal solutions.
Qualifications:
NQ-4 years of experience in corporate law at a reputable firm.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
