Job Description
As a Corporate Associate/Senior Associate you will:
- Have the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors as well as exposure to clients early on in your career.
- Be responsible for a variety of work in a broad-based role including;
- Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets
- providing efficient professional support to partners across different UK offices
- developing professional client relationships
- supporting the wider team in developing our business and raising the profile of the firm
- involvement in marketing events and other BD activities
- managing and supervising the work of others including trainees and solicitor apprentices
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Associate/Senior Associate should have:
- Between 2-10 PQE in corporate law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
