Corporate Commercial Associate Solicitor

Are you a Corporate Commercial Solicitor/Associate seeking a role working with a leading Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Firm?
Our client is seeking a 3–6-year PQE Solicitor with a high level of corporate technical knowledge across different sectors. Offering the opportunity to enjoy a level of supervision along with career development opportunities which are seldom available in Private Practice, the successful candidate will become an integral part of the teams future success.

Type of work:

• Our client covers multiple different areas to include M&A, investments, constitutional work and banking and finance spanning across multiple sectors.
• The Firm are often instructed on high value technical and complex matters which City practices are usually instructed to advise on, the Firm are proud of the excellent standard of client service delivered.

What will be expected from you?

• A minimum of 3-years’ PQE
• To provide practical commercial advice
• Undertaking both transactional and non-transactional work.
• Proactively developing and maximising client relationships.
• Undertaking business development activities
• Supervise more junior members of staff (DOE)
• Creative problem-solving ability and commercial insight
