- 4-years’ PQE with a high level of corporate technical knowledge
- Working as an extension of clients’ businesses to provide practical, commercial advice
- Undertaking transactional and non-transactional work
- Genuine enthusiasm to focus on corporate work.
- Problem-solving ability and commercial insight
- Taking responsibility for service levels and proactively maximising client relationships
- Undertaking business development activities
- Collaborating with colleagues within the wider firm and supporting their clients’ needs.
- Supervising junior members of staff (DOE)
