SalarySearch are excited to be working with a highly acquisitive PE backed organisation who are looking for a Corporate Finance professional with a strong technical accounting background to support them with due-diligence and post acquisition accounting.
This is role will be perfect for a qualified accountant with either a desire to or experience working within M&A, you'll be supported by a high calibre team and senior management. With a fantastic working culture you'll spear head on post acquisition accounts and drive EBITDA.
As a continuously growing business this is a pivotal role and the right person will grow with the business offering up plenty of opportunity to progress.
Responsibilities:
- Due-diligence and post acquisition integration for new deals
- Produce monthly acquisition reports
- Review management accounts for post acquisition deals
- Business partner with key finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Production of balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyse post acquisition data and report on relevant areas
- Ad-hoc post acquisition responsibilities
Person:
- ACA/ACCA qualified Accountant
- Experience within M&A/Corporate Finance is desirable
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise with all levels of a business
On Offer:
£55,000 - £65,000 per anum salary including an impressive bonus and pension, hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office. A great culture with a supportive team and extended annual leave entitlement.
