The role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Corporate Immigration Partner to join its flagship office based in the heart of London's West End.

• The firm is seeking to hire a new partner for their flourishing Corporate Immigration department. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy. You will work alongside one other Corporate Immigration Partner who deals with a broad palette of work
• You will work closely with the firm's prestigious corporate commercial and employment departments.
• You will work with the other partners to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
• You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
• You will work with business owners, HNW individuals, company directors, chief executives, overseas individuals and individuals in the public eye.
  Your caseload will include but not be limited to; Global mobility visa, high potential visa, skilled worker visa, sports persons, administrative review, start-up visa, and visa appeals.

About you

• You will be a Corporate Immigration Solicitor with at least 8 years of PQE+
