Corporate Insurance Credit Control

• Manage and coordinate the collection of premiums for our large corporate clients


• 35-hour working week, Mon-Fri (part time hours considered)


• Hybrid role with 80% homeworking and 20% in Stratford-upon-Avon

Working in our large Corporate Insurance underwriting team this is a key role for our business. You’ll manage and coordinate the collection of premiums from Clients and Brokers, working with our Finance  and  Client  Services team to maintain the  debt  management within the SLA Targets.

Reviewing large amounts data, often for millions of pounds, your attention to detail and strong numeracy and data skills will be used on daily occurrence.

Using your influencing and negotiation skills you’ll be working with a range of internal colleagues across different departments giving you a great insight  into the wider business and future career opportunities.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work some of your hours from home. To help you give your best in the office and at home, we’re also open to discussing what part-time hours might look like for you.

Please note this role is known internally as ‘Large Corporate Insurance Accounts Specialist’

With a track record of business-to-business Credit Control, in a large commercial business, you will be comfortable working on your initiative within SLAs targets.

• Office 365 including Excel

Experience of working within an insurance or financial services are not essential for this role but would be beneficial.
