This corporate solicitor role will see you join a growing team that goes from strength to strength. The role will focus on M&A transactions for a broad range of clients that include both SMEs and larger corporates.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a Corporate Lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 3 years' pqe. With good client care skills, you should be a capable team player possessing strong technical skills.
