Corporate Lawyer

AJ Chambers are proud to be working with a boutique law firm with a fantastic reputation and culture. The firm has grown with a recent acquisition of another firm and is looking to continue their growth by bringing in a new addition to their Corporate & Commercial team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years PQE
• Ideally having worked at a law firm or law firms with a strong reputation in corporate transactional work
• Strong grounding in company law with a thorough understanding and experience of corporate deals
• Comfortable with working on high value and complex transactions
• Previous experience of group reorganisations and joint venture/ shareholder arrangements welcome
• Must demonstrate an ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
• Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills both in terms of being a team player and in having impeccable client handling skills
• Salary - market rate commensurate to qualifications, PQE and overall experience
