Corporate Performance Analyst (Lead)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Horncastle, Spalding or Boston.

Salary: £29,550 - £34,291 – per annum.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

As Corporate Performance Analyst (Lead), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping success by optimising performance across all levels of the company.

The Role

The Corporate Performance Analyst (Lead) takes a crucial position within our service, providing oversight and delivery of our SLA reporting, being the company’s performance system lead, as well as providing officer level support across a multitude of corporate projects and transformation tasks.

You will have the opportunity to mould the way the Company moves and progresses. Supplying data and insights directly to Senior Leaders, your work will directly impact key decisions and improvements in delivery involving our client councils.

Wherever you are in your career, you will be expected to be proficient in the use of systems and have a technical and analytical mind. A confident user of Excel, with the ability to utilise Formulas, Pivot Tables and Macros would be an advantage. Being a driven individual with the capability to immerse yourself in a central reporting system and build yourself to the point where you are the Company expert in this field, is a necessity.

This role is also multi-functional. You will gain experience in other areas by being a key part of a small team including supervisory duties and will be expected to step in at a moment’s notice to responsibilities outside of your day-to-day remit. As such, we are looking for a flexible, ‘can-do’ personality, who is looking to flourish in an ever-changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and managing processes for tracking and reporting progress against Corporate Performance standards
  • Commissioning bespoke measuring products for the organisation and managing contracts with software suppliers
  • Extracting, interpreting, summarising, and communicating key metrics
  • Producing metric-based reports and business analysis that is included in key internal and external publications.
  • Ensuring the organisation has in place and uses effectively, strategies, methodologies, networks, systems, and other techniques relevant to performance management.
  • Identifying best practice outside of the organisation and appropriate sources of benchmarking information
  • Achieving effective stakeholder management within and outside of the organisation
  • Timely and relevant analysis of organisational datasets
  • Contributing to cross team project working
  • Administration of Data governance within the Company
