??Do you want to make a difference, driving performance within the UK's largest water company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Performance Analyst to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for 13 months.

This role provides expert data analysis and reporting to support and proactively drive Anglian Water's Training strategy through continuous innovation. You would be responsible for delivering a broad scope of performance analysis services to the People Development team, also working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure training is supporting the business to deliver our company purpose.

What you'll be doing:

??- Create and maintain reports and dashboards that enable the training function and/or internal stakeholders to monitor performance, identify issues and take evidence-based action.

- Provide required reports to key stakeholders.

- Ensure that the routine monthly housekeeping processes are followed. Monitor technical and tactical KPI's for both digital training and in-person training throughout the performance year and regularly liaise with stakeholders to feedback objective information and insight.

- Respond to specific requests for data and analysis from across the organisation where self-serve tools do not exist.

- Ensure the requests for data and analysis are completed in a timely manner, identifying where additional resource will be required or where the request should be directed elsewhere, and communicate effectively with colleagues within and outside the team to ensure expectations are fulfilled.

- Evaluate and, where appropriate, constructively challenge learning solutions and suggest improvements.

- Conduct deep dive analysis to provide insight into an identified business question or proactively drive recommendations to improve training effectiveness.

- Advise and assist with wider performance requirements of the People Development team to ensure the wider team maximises performance and align service delivery to ensure consistency of data capture and analysis.?

What does it take to be successful?

- A passion for data and problem solving.

??- Proven experience in performance analysis.

- Strong working knowledge of Learning and Development within an organisation.

- Ability to translate complex data into clear messages.

- Strong technical and computer skills, with experience of Microsoft 365 applications.

- Qualitative and quantitative tactical analysis.

- An excellent collaborator with strong influencing and communication skills.
