Corporate & Personal Compliance Tax Senior

THE FIRM
Kenton Black Finance are delighted to be working with a reputable and ambitious Accountancy Practice, who are looking for a Mixed Tax Senior, ideally ATT qualified or nearly qualified and will fully support further studies including CTA. They are a 5 Partner firm and there is huge potential for progression.
They are based in the North Manchester region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Preparation of corporation tax returns/computations
-Preparation of CT600’s
-Reviewing tax returns/computations prepared by junior members of staff
-Providing training and mentoring to junior staff members
-Sourcing of P11d information, corresponding with client with prepared P11d, chasing up approval and getting the P11d submitted
-Preparation for submission of personal tax returns including: rental and sole trade accounts as well as dealing with capital gains
-Liaising with clients to ensure all questions and queries are dealt with
-Communicating with clients in relation to the submission deadlines, providing approval and tax liabilities of upcoming payments
PERSON SPECIFICATION
-ATT qualified/ Nearly Qualified
-Must be currently working in practice
-Need corporation tax and personal tax experience and be able to hit the ground running
-Ability to deal with HMRC
-Ability to deal with client queries
-Ability to train and organise team members
-Knowledge or experience of CCH would be advantageous
