Corporate Receptionist

We are currently seeking an immediately available corporate Receptionist on an ongoing temp basis for our client a city base Asset Management house. The ideal candidate will have previous corporate reception experience, ideally from a finance or corporate company. 

Working in this busy corporate reception, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the business ensuring they always receive a first class service, are greeted in a warm manner whilst always remaining professional. You’ll be happy to assist with setting up corporate meeting rooms provide administration support to the Facilities Manager when required.

To be suitable for this role you must be available immediately, have previous corporate reception experience and be immaculately presented and prize yourself on being a real person always happy to go the extra mile to help any visitor to the building. This is a great role working with a great team who really value their colleagues.

Hours – 8,30 – 5.30pm
