About the Role

Base Location: Cardiff, Reading and Perth – this is a hybrid role working a minimum two days a week from the office at one of the advertised locations

Salary: £31,500 - £43,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

As Corporate Sales Account Manager you’ll be accountable for managing existing customer accounts and secure new business, maximising renewals and margins. This will involve researching our client’s business to gain a broader understanding of their requirements and how we can improve the service we offer and presenting the information back to the business and the client. A large part of this role will involve negotiating with customers and energy consultants, ensuring that offers and contracts are produced accurately and within agreed timescales, then providing frequent reports. As part of your role you will:

- Develop relationships with TPI’s to deliver sales growth to meet business strategy goals.

- Ensure TPI agreements are up to date and delivering commercially for the business.

- Ensure clear action plans are in place and delivered for TPI’s.

- Provide excellent customer service to enable customer retention.

- Assist our senior Account Managers on tender submissions.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Face-to-face and telephone consultative sales experience.

- Evidence of strong customer service delivery with the ability to create excellent working relationships.

- Good understanding and application of business reporting requirements.

- Understanding of the energy markets would be advantageous.
