We currently have an exciting opportunity for a site based Security Account Manager. The ability to manage the security team in providing an efficient, flexible and motivated team is pivotal to the success of this role.
We are seeking a Security Account Manager with excellent planning, organisational and commercial skills together with experience to recognise opportunities.
Job purpose:The primary role of the Security Account Manager is to oversee the successful delivery of contractual Security Services for a security team of 36 staff across the BNP Paribas London campus, ensuring the protection of the client's assets and staff by effectively overseeing the entire Security operation. Liaising and working very closely with the client & key stakeholders within both Corps Security and BNP Paribas to ensure a holistic approach toward the Security operation.
Role requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Previous Security Management experience.
- A Door Supervisor SIA Licence is required for the role.
- Excellent level PC Skills (MS Office)
- 5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858
- Ensuring all contractual service delivery measurables are fully met in line with the client's expectation.
- Reviewing and writing security policies and procedures on behalf of the BNP Paribas.
- The setting and tracking of key strategic objectives in the form of robust Account Development Plans..
- Management of account wide employees relations, with the support of the Corps HR Team.
- Directing the Security Operations Manager to ensure all training needs and areas of development across the account are identified and met by the way of regular welfare reviews and colleague appraisals.
- Responsible for the review & development of all physical and technical security measures across the London campus.
- Management of contract finance from site level, tracking of all expenditure and additional to contract requirements, issuing to Corps Security Head Office for invoicing at the start of each new month.
- Acting as primary point of escalation for all incidents, acting as 'Bronze' level liaison between the business and the BCM team. Incident management, co-ordination and escalation.
- Oversee all investigations into reports of theft/loss/misconduct etc with the Security Operations Manager, ensuring a detailed investigation report is produced and communicated to the BNP Paribas client once a conclusion is reached.
- Any reasonable work related request from either Director of Major Accounts & Strategic Development or the main BNP Paribas clients.
