This leading UK law firm are known for their focus on the technology, media and entertainment and private client sectors. Clients range from start-ups to multinational companies, from household names to private individuals and their family offices.
The firm's possesses a wealth of experience across the technology, retail, leisure, media and entertainment sectors, handling a considerable volume of transactions for a diverse roster of clients. The team advise domestic and international clients, from start-ups through to large multinational corporations. They advise clients on the full range of matters including M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance, as well venture capital matters.
The team are now seeking an experienced Corporate Senior Associate with 4-5 years' PQE to join their team in London. This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to act for a varied and exciting client base on a wide range of matters, whilst being supported by a friendly and collegiate team. Candidate should have gained experience from another similar corporate practice in London.
