This Silver Circle law firm is one of the largest and most prominent law firms globally, with offices in major cities across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They are a major player in an incredible number of disciplines, being Chambers ranked in over 50 departments.
The firm's Corporate team provide clients with market leading advice on commercial transaction, including significant cross-border mergers and acquisitions, ground-breaking projects, complex capital markets fundraisings, financial regulation, inward investment, governance and risk management for companies' boards and corporate tax advice. Clients include the world's leading corporates, banks, financial buyers, governments and public sector bodies in sectors including energy, mining, infrastructure, technology, media and telecoms, and financial services.
The team are now seeking an experienced (4-6PQE) Corporate M&A solicitor to join the team in London. You will have solid legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and project management skills; good people management and business development skills. You will also have gained experienced in corporate M&A matters from another top-tier law firm in London.
