What will you do? 

• Advise entrepreneurial start-ups to international organisations 
• Advise on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, venture capital, cross-border transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and restructurings 
• You will build relationships with a variety of clients encompassing private equity, venture capital and other funds
• Clients will be both public and private companies

What will you need?

• To be a qualified solicitor (or legal executive) with at least 1 years PQE 
• Corporate experience 
• To want to progress your corporate career across various sectors within an excellent team & firm
