What will you do? 

• Advise a Private Equity client base (national and international clients)  
• designing and delivering bespoke acquisition and disposal programs
• MandA
• Be an extension to your client’s internal team 
• Give effective support to your clients through acquisition and integration 
• Be the go-to person for certain key clients and develop meaningful relationships with them 
• Contribute to further development of the team, firm and yourself 
• Be encouraged to get out and meet new and existing clients 

What will you need? 

• At least 3 years of experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Corporate law experience 
• The ability to be creative and solve client issues in a way they like and understand
